GOALS: Help the user understand more about APEL 1 and what are it's objectives.
OBJECTIVES: To provide an understanding of principles of the intra-personal effectiveness to help in nurturing of dispositions such as attitudes, skills or knowledge towards these principles.
TARGET AUDIENCE: TP freshmen, APEL 1 students.
